O make Welcome... Welcome to Tempest (previously Plum Dreams), a web design resource site for the graphics community. Please read the "About" section for more information. Navigation is above. Updates...  19 April 2012 - 1600 - I've had to remove a large amount of links due to them being dead. It also seems that a lot of people have difficulty keeping their site updated. Because of this, I'm currently looking for new links. If you are interested in having your site listed, feel free to e-mail me. I've thought about taking down the links that no longer update (any that haven't updated within the past two years or so), but as long as they are still online, their resources are still free to use. Therefore, I will only take them down if the link is dead, or if I manage to come across plentiful links to sites that update regularly (or at least a couple of times a year).
